Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using Redrafted (the "App"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use the App.
Description of the service
Redrafted is a voice communication-coaching app. Core features include:
- Recorded practice exercises with AI-generated feedback on your spoken delivery
- A structured curriculum of lessons across articulation, sentence structure, and presentation/framework skills
- Optional roleplay/simulation practice with an AI coach
- Optional peer feedback, where you may choose to make a recording visible to other users
- Optional 1:1 coaching sessions with human coaches (Premium feature)
- Progress tracking, streaks, and achievements
Some features are available on a Free tier with usage limits; others require a Premium subscription.
Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least [13 / 16 — confirm the correct threshold] years old to use the App.
Subscriptions and billing
- Subscription tiers and pricing
- Auto-renewal terms and how to cancel (standard App Store/Play Store language, since purchases route through platform billing, not a direct payment processor)
- Refund policy (typically deferred to Apple's/Google's own refund process for platform purchases)
- What happens to your access/data if you downgrade or cancel]
Your content
You retain ownership of the recordings, transcripts, and any text you submit to the App ("Your Content"). By submitting Your Content, you grant us a license to use, process, and store it solely to operate the App and provide you the features you use — including sending your recordings to third-party AI providers as described in our Privacy Policy.
If you opt in to peer feedback features, you're choosing to make specific recordings visible to other users, as described in the Privacy Policy. You can withdraw a recording from that visibility.
Be mindful of third parties. Several exercises invite you to describe real workplace situations, meetings, or people. You're responsible for what you choose to say about others; don't include information about a third party that you wouldn't want processed and, in peer-feedback scenarios, potentially seen by other users.
AI-generated content
Feedback, scores, and coaching suggestions in the App are generated by AI systems (including third-party providers — see our Privacy Policy) and by real human coaches only for paid coaching sessions. AI-generated feedback:
- Is intended as practice guidance, not professional communication, career, legal, medical, or psychological advice
- May be inaccurate, incomplete, or not applicable to your specific situation
- Should not be your sole basis for high-stakes real-world decisions
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose
- Submit content that is defamatory, harassing, or violates a third party's rights
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the App's operation
- Impersonate another person or misuse another user's account
- Use the App to generate or distribute harmful, abusive, or illegal content
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Third-party services
The App integrates with third-party services (see our Privacy Policy for the current list) to provide features like speech-to-text and AI feedback. We aren't responsible for those providers' independent acts or policies, though we choose providers we believe handle your data appropriately.
Intellectual property
The App itself — its design, curriculum content, software, and branding — is owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property law. These Terms don't grant you any rights to it beyond using the App as intended.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
This section is being finalised.
Termination
You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (e.g., intellectual property, disclaimers) will continue to apply.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll notify you of material changes. Continued use of the App after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
